Kevin Schade
DMD
Dr. Kevin Schade (pronounced "Skaddy") was born and raised in Orem, Utah, where he gained a love for the Rocky Mountains and all things outdoors. He attended Brigham Young University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science. After his undergraduate degree, Dr. Schade moved to Kentucky for a degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. Dr. Schade has worked in North Carolina, Colorado and Arizona. For the last two years, he had been working in Tucson, Arizona, at a very busy family practice, but he fell in love with Colorado when living there and has been looking to move back ever since. Dr. Schade loves the relationships he gets to create with his patients and giving them the best care possible. Dr. Schade and his wife have three little girls. Their family loves small town life and has missed that small town feel living in the big city of Tucson. They love all things outdoors and are excited to get seasons back and even the snow.Berlin
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hello! My name is Berlin, and I am the Head Assistant at Cortez Dental. I have been in the dental field for 13 years, and I am so blessed to be able to do what I love. One of the greatest parts of dentistry for me is meeting and developing relationships with the wonderful patients in our practice and knowing we have changed their lives by giving them healthy, beautiful smiles.
Outside of the office, I love spending my time outdoors with my husband, family and three boxer pups. We recently had a baby girl and she is the highlight of our lives.Amanda
